It opened on September 26, 1982.

It’s two stories, with the top floor used by the association. There are around 200 members, and the members have the last name Leong.
The ground floor and the basement are used by the restaurant, Calgary Court. Calgary Court moved in around 1992 – 1993. Before that, it was First Delight Restaurant, according to the photos.
+ What was on this land before this building was built? How was the land acquired?
Before this new building was built, it was an old bungalow. [It is believed that] Members each donated funds to buy the bungalow around 90-100 years ago.
